OUR FIRM

GHR Source is a boutique HR consultancy company which was established to champion the needs of individual employees and workers. We do not act on behalf of companies or other corporate entities. GHR Source was established in 2021 by two senior HR Directors who between them have over fifty years of direct HR experience working in large multinational commercial businesses. During this time we have been involved in large-scale restructuring and redundancy programmes, complex employee relations issues, mutually agreed terminations and employment tribunals. We also have in-depth experience of pay and compensation issues, bullying/harassment, discrimination, performance management, coaching, mentoring and negotiation.
We are here to fight for the interests of our clients. Having worked at a senior level in a number of sophisticated, corporate organisations we have a good idea how HR people and line managers will react in any given employee-related situation. We can navigate these situations to ensure the best outcome for you as our client.
Meet the Co-Founders

Lada Stefantsova
Lada is senior HR expert on strategy and policy design and has over 20 years of successfully dealing with HR matters within both consulting practices (Mercer Consulting) and financial services institutions such as ABN Amro, Capital International and Commerzbank AG investment Bank. She holds an MBA in HR Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
“Over the last 20 years I have led and launched a number of major strategic change initiatives and HR Projects. My particular area of expertise is reward, pension and benefits management and regulatory compliance and governance for financial services institutions. My Personal Mantra is, “I do not believe in failure and no one can convince me that I cannot move mountains or stop the tide”.
Lyndon Gainham
Lyndon has over thirty years of direct HR experience gained within blue-chip financial institutions such as; the Bank of England, Credit Suisse, ABN Amro, Barclays and Commerzbank AG investment Bank. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
“My focus is the enhancement of business performance by means of organisational optimisation, downsizing, delayering and restructuring. My key strengths include: strategic HR management, human capital risk management and the project management of restructuring programmes. I also have expert Employee Relations and Employment Law knowledge. My Personal Mantra is “I apply the past to question today and secure tomorrow.”
