Our Process
GHR Source recognises the time-constraints many individual employees and workers face with full-time work. To make our service as convenient as possible our consultants' working hours are flexible, so they can fit around your schedule.
FIRST CONTACT
In order for us to understand your specific work issue, we offer a FREE thirty-minute no obligation consultation by telephone or Zoom. At the end of the call we can jointly determine next steps and start to work on a plan of action to solve your issue. Just fill out the enquiry form to get things moving.
OUR PARTNERSHIP
When you engage us we will ask you to sign a Terms of Engagement letter (written in plain English). Our hourly charge is £125.00 or you can purchase four hours up front at a cost of £400.00.
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
We do not have a standard operating model that we tweak for each client we work with. Our approach, method, plan of action and overall strategy is bespoke to you and your individual issue or problem. At GHR our objective is simple - we want to generate the best possible outcome for you whilst at the same time, minimising the amount of money you have to spend with us to get there.

If at the end of the process you achieved a great result we will say bye-bye and wish you every success with your future career. Hopefully there will be no need for you to consult with us again.
