GHR Source is a boutique consultancy company that was established in 2021.
The consultancy offers practical support, guidance and advice to anyone facing a serious HR issue at their place of work. This could relate to bullying and harassment, disciplinary and grievance situations, pay and compensation, redundancy, progression and promotion and manager/supervisor issues. We also coach, mentor and buddy people that are looking to make a significant transformation in their lives. Taking massive action can be a daunting step and we are here to assist you and guide you through such a transition.
Our focus is on the individual and so we only work with employees. We do not partner with or advise corporate entities. Meet the Co-Founders
Lada Stefantsova
Lada is senior HR expert on strategy and policy design and has over 20 years of HR management experience within both consulting practices (Mercer Consulting) and financial services institutions such as ABN Amro, Capital International and Commerzbank AG investment Bank. She holds an MBA in HR Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

Lyndon Gainham
Lyndon has over thirty years of direct HR experience gained within blue-chip financial institutions such as; the Bank of England, Credit Suisse, ABN Amro, Barclays and
Commerzbank AG investment Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA in Strategic Management. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD).
